About

I grew up hearing the story of how my grandpa worked two jobs and built their home with whatever time was left over.  My grandparents, my mom, and my two uncles lived in a one-room shed that he built first, so they had a roof over their heads while he finished their house.

My grandparents slept on a sofa-bed, which she made up every night, and folded back up every morning, so they had a place to sit throughout the day besides the kitchen table. Grandpa built that house with no power tools, and everyone helped, including my mom who would pick up bent nails and straighten them so that my grandpa could attempt to use them again.

In 2007, my wife and I bought our first home.  We put everything we worked for on the line.  I kept thinking back to how my grandparents were willing to do whatever it took to own a home, and was determined to do the same.

Fifteen years later, so much of what we’ve been able to accomplish has come from that decision.  Real estate made a massive difference in our life, and I’d like to see it do the same in yours.

Whether you’re buying your first home, or selling the home you’ve owned for decades, let me be your guide. I’ll be patient, take the time, and I’ll sweat the small stuff so you don’t have to.  Navigating an ever-changing real estate market can be rough seas, and deep waters.  Let me be your ticket to SMOOTH SELLING.
